About the project
Vidikovac (Italian: Monte Paradiso) Residence is a carefully designed project that, as a whole, forms a harmonious urban family settlement. The new mini residential area on the slopes of Monte Paradiso continues on the Veruda Porat series designed in the 80s and 90s of the 20th century. On the characteristic sequences of narrow particles, two new sequences with more comfortable particles continue, following the disposition and orientation of the terrain and the surrounding particles and construction.
The design took into account the view of the settlement and urban morphology, but at the same time the emphasis is on new standards in architecture, performance, materials and equipment, all for the purpose of a more modern and comfortable way of life. The combination of the investor's wishes and the designer's vision consists of ten future smaller residential buildings conceived in two residential series. With their spatial disposition on the ground, the harmony of colors and details on the facades, they enable each building of the newly designed series optimal sunlight throughout the year and protection from excessive sunlight in the summer months, enough intimacy and greenery without disturbing the surrounding construction.
According to the typology, these are semi built and built-in buildings of small dimensions. Conceptually arranged into a harmonious whole. The buildings on the plot are oriented in a north-south direction. The entire settlement will have a total of 38 spacious housing units.
